Zu Beginn dieses Workshops erfährst du, was ein Servomotor ist, und wie man ihn mit einem Pulsweiten-Signal (PWM) über den Arduino Microcontroller ansteuern kann. Um das Ganze noch ein bisschen interessanter zu machen, wirst du die Winkeleinstellung des Servomotors mit 3D-gedruckten Katapulten testen! Gegen Ende des Workshops wirst du noch eine andere Klasse von Elektromotoren kennenlernen, die Gleichstrommotoren (kurz. DC-Motoren).


English version:

In this workshop you will learn about a servomotor (rotary actuator), which will be controlled by a typical PWM signal from an Arduino board. Based on this principle you will be able to fire a catapult! Towards the end of the workshop you will get to know the basics of using a small DC-motor for Arduino projects.
