We have blocked a contingent of hotel rooms at the Stellaris Apartment Hotel on the Garching Research Campus. Please let us know if you need a hotel room and if so, on which dates.
The IAS will take care of the booking of the hotel rooms and you will receive an individual booking confirmation.

Declaration of Consent for Image, Audio/Video Recordings and Web Streaming

The TUM-IAS General Assembly 2023 will be audio and video recorded and live broadcasted through web streaming. When attending this meeting you agree on the collection and on the processing of your personal data and on the publication of the audio and video recordings and web streaming.

During the TUM-IAS General Assembly 2023 photos will be taken. These will be used by TUM-IAS for public relations purposes, e.g. for documenting the event on the IAS website (www.ias.tum.de) or illustrating the TUM-IAS Annual Report.
