The data collected here will only be used within the framework of event organization.
This includes in particular:
• used to manage registrations
• contacting the participants within the framework of the organization
Only the organizers of the event have access to the personal data.
Deletion
The data will be deleted 4 weeks after the event.
Consequences in the absence of consent:
You have the right not to agree to this declaration of consent - however, since the data marked as mandatory fields are required for registration for the event, we cannot confirm a seat without your consent.
Your rights:
• a right to information
• a right to rectification or erasure or to limit the processing or a right to object to processing
• a right to data portability
• there is also a right of appeal to the Bavarian State Commissioner for the data protection
Consequences of withdrawing consent:
Your data may not be further processed after receipt of the declaration of revocation and will be deleted immediately. By revoking your consent, the legality of the processing that has taken place up to that point is not affected. the revocation direct to below.
